Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Order cut-off time is 3pm.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

- For orders of £10 and under, a shipping fee of £1.99 will be applied.
Expected Delivery: Your order should reach you within 3-7 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of dispatch.
Packaging
We take care to package our products in either cardboard boxes or polyethylene bags, depending on the size and type of the item, to guarantee they arrive in excellent condition.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
cartify.uk will cover any applicable customs and import taxes on your order. There will be no additional fees upon delivery.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. You will receive a full refund for the order amount, including the shipping costs. For damaged items, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage for resolution.
