1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return and a full refund if they are new or in slightly used condition and in their original packaging. Please note that returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong item are not allowed.
2. Return Period
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees. We will refund the full cost of the item, including the original shipping fee.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. However, if your item is defective or if you received the wrong item due to our error, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received. The timing may also depend on your bank’s processing times.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. After receiving the returned item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
